1. The loyalty scheme
- You earn credit worth 10% of every tattoo you pay for at the studio, logged by staff.
- Credit can be redeemed against a future tattoo, capped at 50% of that tattoo's price.
- Credit expires 185 days after it is earned.
- Credit has no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged.
- We may correct balances if a spend or redemption is mistaken, disputed, or refunded.
2. Your account
- You must give us accurate information and keep your login secure.
- Don't share your personal QR code — it identifies your account at the till.
- We may suspend or close accounts we reasonably believe are misused (e.g. fraudulent spends).
3. Data use agreement
By creating an account you agree that we may collect and process your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. In summary:
- We use your name, email, and loyalty history to run the scheme.
- If you opt in, we (and third-party service providers we use, e.g. email delivery and analytics) may use your name and email to send you marketing about Kilburn Original.
- You can withdraw marketing consent, request access, or ask us to delete your data by emailing info@kilburnoriginal.com.
4. Changes
We may update these Terms or the Privacy Policy. If we make material changes we'll let you know in the app or by email, and update the version date at the top of each document.
